'Kadhal Seivom' is a remake of Malayalam film 'Minnaminnikoottam', directed by Kamal. The film has an ensemble cast of young actors in Malayalam.

They include Narain, Meera Jasmine, Roma, Jayasurya, Indrajith and Samvritha Sunil.

The youthful film is about the love affair between two software professionals, played by Narain and Meera Jasmine. Whether this love is successful or not forms the rest of the story.

Kamal himself has penned the script and Sai Srinivas wrote the dialogues.

K Rajagopal edits the film and Bijibal composes the music for the lyrics by Muthulingam, Kiruthiya and Puniya.
