Devi Sri Prasad, one of the most sought after music composers in south cinema, is all set to don the grease paint. He will play the hero in a Tollywood film, to be produced by MS Raju. He will be paired up with teen sensation Hansika Motwani in his debut film.

The handsome young man debuted as a composer with the Telugu flick, 'Devi' in 1999. He has scored music for dozens of blockbusters in Tamil and Telugu. He has written lyrics for a few movies and has been a successful playback singer. A big fan of Ilaiyaraja, he was a disciple of mandolinist U. Srinivas.

Devi Sri's energetic performances in stage shows have been very popular. His recent hits include 'Kandhaswamy' and 'Villu'.
